1. Exclusive Assignment of Authority

By submitting a claim, you grant DelayPay Ltd exclusive authority to pursue compensation for the specified flight. You agree NOT to instruct any other legal service, claims management company, or third party to pursue this same claim.

Engaging multiple parties mimics "double jeopardy" and may result in the airline rejecting all claims. If you have already engaged another party, you must cancel their service before proceeding.

2. Our Fees (No Win, No Fee)

For "Standard Claims", our service is free if we do not secure compensation. If successful, we deduct a 30% Success Fee (plus applicable VAT) from the final payout.

For "Express Filing", you pay a one-time fee of €19.99 upfront. You keep 100% of any compensation secured. DelayPay Ltd does not take a cut of the final payout for Express claims.

3. User Obligations

You must provide accurate information. If you knowingly provide false information (e.g., regarding the reason for delay), DelayPay Ltd reserves the right to terminate the claim and charge for costs incurred.
